Overview
The Bulk Image Upload feature allows for efficient management of multiple promotional or product images within OrderGrid. This feature supports .jpg, .jpeg, and .png formats.
To access Images, navigate to:
☰ > Sales > Images
Uploading Images
On the Images page, click Upload Image.
In the pop-up, drag and drop single or multiple image files, or click to select them from your computer.
Image requirements:
Supported Formats:
.jpg,.jpeg,.pngMaximum File Size: 2 MB
Maximum Resolution: 4096 × 2160 pixels
Maximum Images per Upload: 100
Once selected, click Import.
Viewing Uploaded Images
After upload, images will appear in the list, organized by name. Use the search bar to quickly locate specific images.
Managing Images
To manage individual images:
Locate the image and click the (⋮) icon under Actions.
Options include:
Copy Image Link: Copies the direct URL link of the image.
Download Image: Download the image file.
Delete Image: Removes the image from the library.
Note: The Copy Image Link option is useful for displaying item images on menus, as you can paste the link into Menu Management > Menu Items to associate the image with a specific menu item.
Success Message
Upon successful upload, a confirmation message will display indicating the number of images uploaded.
