What is a Channel?
In the OrderGrid app, a channel is a feature that enables you to connect and manage your sales channels. Channel are responsible for receiving orders and synchronizing product data between our system and third-party platforms. We support three types of Channels: integrated Channels such as Shopify, an Open API channel that automatically imports orders, and Manual channel for processing orders directly within our system. Each channel comes with its own set of features, including order import/create, product mapping, menu management, and stock synchronization.
