What is a Store?

In the OrderGrid app, a store is a feature that enables you to connect and manage your sales channels. Stores are responsible for receiving orders and synchronizing product data between our system and third-party platforms. We support three types of stores: integrated stores such as Shopify, an Open API store that automatically imports orders, and Manual stores for processing orders directly within our system. Each store comes with its own set of features, including order import/create, product mapping, menu management, and stock synchronization.
