What is Partner Settings?

The Partner Settings module in OrderGrid allows you to manage Groups and Tags for partners, helping to organize and categorize them for easier management.


To access the Partner Settings, navigate to:

☰ > Partners > Settings


Groups

Groups help categorize partners into predefined segments for easier management.

Creating a New Group

  1. Select the Groups tab.

  2. Click the + New Group button.

  3. Enter a group name in the input field.

  4. Click Save to finalize the creation.

Editing a Group

  1. In the Groups tab, locate the group to be updated.

  2. Click the (⋮) beside the group and select Edit.

  3. Modify the group name as needed.

  4. Click Save to apply changes.

Deleting a Group

  1. Navigate to the Groups tab.

  2. Click the (⋮) beside the group to be removed and select Remove.

  3. Confirm the deletion to delete the group.


Tags

Tags allow for specific categorization of partners for easier filtering.

Creating a New Tag

  1. Select the Tags tab.

  2. Click the + New Tag button.

  3. Enter a tag name in the input field.

  4. Click Save to create the tag.

Editing a Tag

  1. In the Tags tab, locate the tag you want to edit.

  2. Click the (⋮) beside the tag and select Edit.

  3. Update the tag name as required.

  4. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Deleting a Tag

  1. Navigate to the Tags tab.

  2. Click the (⋮) beside the tag to be removed and select Remove.

  3. Confirm the deletion to remove the tag.


Note: Groups and tags created here can be assigned to partners in the Partners > List module.
