Background

A manual store allows you to create and segment orders outside of your connected online store(s), for example, sending a promotional item to an influencer. You can have multiple manual stores. This offers you the ability to segment orders by creating a B2B store, integrations-related manual store (i.e. orders from Shopify you want reshipped, but do not want to process on Shopify), etc.


Process

1. Navigate to the Sales module on OrderGrid and select “Stores” from the drop-down menu.

2. Click 'New Store' button. Select "Manual".


3. Input a name, description and currency for your store. Click the 'Connect' button.


Congratulations! You have successfully created a manual store in OrderGrid. You can now create orders in your manual store to be fulfilled and shipped out.
