Background

Follow these instructions to learn how to Deactivate An Item in OrderGrid. If an item is deactivated in OrderGrid, it will not be available to be fulfilled.


Process

1. Go to the Inventory module in OrderGrid and select “Items” from the drop-down menu.

2. Navigate to the Item you want to deactivate.

3. Click the “...” icon under the "Actions" column of the Item you want to deactivate.

4. Click "Deactivate Item".

Note: Navigate to the "Status" column on the left side of the items table to view your changes. Active Items will display a purple box icon, whereas Deactivated Items will not.

Note: To set your Item to "Active" again, repeat Step #2 - Step #3 and click "Activate".

Congratulations! You have successfully deactivated an item in OrderGrid.
