This help doc explains how to use OrderGrid's Pick module. You can pick orders, and you can also create a bulk group where you can batch pick identical orders for faster fulfillment.

Bulk Groups empower operations to pick and pack 3X(!!!) faster by intelligently identifying identical orders and streamlining pick and pack steps into one bulk group. This will drastically reduce labour needed for surge sales to maximize profit margins. Orders eligible for bulk picking will match this criteria:

  • identical items - either all sets or not sets (i.e. user cannot pack an order with a set, and a second order not a set, even if they are identical items)

  • 1 lot code available for total quantity of bulk group

  • from the same store

  • does not include order notes to avoid special handling and delays during pick/pack

  • is not manual order

  • does not require packing slip

Bulk Pick - Process

  1. Under "Warehouses" menu, on the "Orders" module

  2. Select "Check Bulk". This will re-check order eligibility for bulk picking.

  3. Select "Bulk Pick" next to the order you want to select. Type the number of orders you want to bulk pick. Maximum is the number of eligible orders or 20, whichever is smaller.

  4. Navigate to the "Pick" module. Scan a Pick Tag that will be assigned to the Bulk Group. One Pick Tag is used for One Bulk Group, which holds multiple orders. Complete steps 2 - 6 of the Pick Process.

You have successfully picked an order or bulk orders!
