What is a Manual Store?

A Manual Store is a type of store that allows you to create and manage orders without third-party integration directly into the OrderGrip app.


Create a Manual Store

To create a Manual Store, follow these steps 🪜:

  1. Navigate to the Stores page: ☰ > Sales > Stores.

  2. Click on + New Store .

  3. Select Integration: Choose Manual from the list of available integrations.

  4. Add Store Information:

    • Store Name: Assign a unique name to your store.

    • Short Description: Briefly describe the store’s purpose.

    • Store Currency: Select the transaction currency.

  5. Optional configurations:

    • Use Product Mapping: Enable this feature to map products to inventory.

    • Packing Slip for all Orders: Toggle this on if required for order processing.

  6. Click Connect to finalize the setup.

Now that you have created a store, follow the next steps in getting started.


Edit a Manual Store

To edit your Manual Store, follow the steps 🪜:

  1. Navigate to the stores page.

  2. On the Manual Store, click Actions ⋮ > Edit.
    Update any store information, such as:

    • Store Name

    • Store Description

    • Store Currency

  3. Click Update to save changes.


Deactivate or Activate a Store

To deactivate or activate a store. follow the steps 🪜:

Navigate to the Stores page

  • To deactivate a Store:

    • On the Manual Store, click Actions ⋮ > Deactivate

    • Type in your store's name to confirm.

    • Click Confirm .

  • To activate a Store: On the Manual Store, click Actions ⋮ > Activate
