Background

Follow these instructions to deactivate a store in OrderGrid. When your store is deactivated, OrderGrid will not receive orders from this store and will not fulfill orders from this store.


Process

1. Navigate to the Sales module on OrderGrid and select “Stores” from the drop-down menu.

2. Click the “...” icon at the top right corner of the store you wish to deactivate.

3. Click "Deactivate" to stop receiving orders from that online store.

4. Complete the confirmation request by typing in the name of your store. Click "Confirm".

Note: To re-activate a store repeat step 1 & 2 and click "Activate".

Congratulations! You have successfully deactivated a store in OrderGrid.
