Background

This report allows a user to have full traceability of any or all lots of an item and its movement in your OrderGrid warehouses.

Process

To find your Lot Trace Report, go to the Reports tab and select Lot Trace in the list.

1. Select the item, lot code, and time period for the report and click Run.

2. The three dots in the top right can be used to toggle extra columns or export this report. It will download as a .csv file.

3. The dashboard at the top of the screen quickly sums various movements.

Received: Sum of inventory per SKU and lot code(s) received in time period.

Note: This is dated when the receiving was completed, not necessarily when the RO was created.

Ordered: Sum of inventory per SKU and lot code(s) shipped in time period.

Note: This is dated when the order was picked, it is not dated when orders were created. This means any backlogged orders due to out of stock inventory may be included in the time period selected.

Manual add: Sum of inventory added manually in time period, i.e. cycle count.

Manual remove: Sum of inventory removed manually in time period, i.e. damages.

Congratulations! You have successfully used the Lot Trace Report in OrderGrid.
