Overview
The Unloading tab is used for D2C warehouses to create and see the records each time the trucks with the items are unloaded. Step 1 of the Unloading-Receiving-Pick-Pack-Loading process. At the end of every unloading the items are in the warehouses unloading (waiting) area, but not on the shelves yet.
Note: Warehouses can create a Receiving without linking to an Unloading, by selecting N/A on Unloading selection in the Receiving flow.
New unloading creation process
1. On Warehouses > Unloading, click "+" on the top right of the screen to create a new Unloading.
2. Fill all mandatory fields and click Save.
Note: Unloading statuses can be one of the following: Pending, Rejected, Completed, Received.
When you set status as 'Completed' and you will be prompted to create a Receiving that is tied to this Unloading.
If it is any other status, then it is assumed that this Unloading is not complete and therefore not ready to be received against.
