B2B orders: orders that have 1 pallet or more of product

B2B orders usually take more time and planning, especially if we are arranging for transport.

When planning your B2B order, there are a few key points you have to consider:

  • We always strive to pick and pack B2B orders in 2 business days. Delivery timelines are subject to carrier availability.

  • If the order is more than one pallet, we will arrange a commercial carrier

  • Orders with 10+ skids will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis

  • There is some required information to arrange the commercial carrier. Please include this in the OG 'order note'.

    • Specify if a receiving appointment is required, delivery hours, and/or timeframe. This is super important when arranging delivery.

    • Does the receiver have a dock? Or is tailgate service required?

    • Is the destination commercial or residential? If commercial, what is the business name? This affects pricing.

    • Please add any other relevant & important information.

    • Example:

B2B order - tailgate required. No receiving appt required. Closed Mondays. Commercial delivery.
