Definitions

Direct-to-consumer order (DTC): An order that is less than one pallet. In contrast to a B2B (Business-to-business) order which is more than one pallet and may have more shipping requirements than DTC.

Background

DTC Orders are picked and packed typically next day, read more about our turnaround times here. Orders are sorted in the fulfillment pick list chronologically, so older orders are picked first ('First in, First out'). While we always strive to ship your DTC orders same or next day, you can use our Priority Orders feature to jump the queue.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Each company is limited to 5 priority orders per day. Any additional priority orders above this 5 per day threshold would need to be requested with your Account Manager.

Process

1. Log into app.ordergrid.com.

2. Navigate to your orders list by clicking 'Sales' on the left menu, and clicking 'Orders'.

3. Find the order in the orders list you would like to prioritize. You can either click on the menu button to the right of the order, and click to prioritize the order for fulfillment ASAP. Or you can click into the order, and toggle the button to prioritize the order.

4. To deprioritize an order and return it to its spot in the fulfillment queue, simple repeat step 3, and you will see the order deprioritized.

Congratulations! You have successfully prioritized an order in OrderGrid.
